Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the RankPulse macOS application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RankPulse collects publicly available Amazon US Best Sellers information and lets you browse, compare, filter and track it. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon data may change or be removed at any time and may contain errors; we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
3. Your Account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial
Eligible new users receive a 7-day free trial of Pro. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, a subscription is automatically charged by Apple. You can cancel during the trial in your system subscription settings and pay nothing.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid features are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase as auto-renewable subscriptions, at the prices shown in the App;
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- Manage or cancel via: macOS System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions;
- Price changes are communicated in advance; continued renewal after a change constitutes acceptance, and you may cancel before renewal;
- All purchases are final except as required by law or Apple's refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the Service; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access to it; resell, scrape or redistribute the data; or use it unlawfully. You may use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use it under these terms. Amazon and other third-party marks belong to their owners.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on Apple and cloud providers and links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. You rely on the data at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account in the App at any time; your personal data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Sections that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
13. Changes
We may modify or discontinue features, and update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
